These terms govern your use of Skilloop, operated by BellTech Software, Harare, Zimbabwe ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Skilloop provides daily AI-skills lessons, challenges, and an AI coach. Content is for educational purposes and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

Subscriptions & payments

• Skilloop offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Skilloop Pro, US$9.99/month).
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not use the AI coach to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Coach responses and challenge feedback are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are educational guidance, not professional advice. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service.

Intellectual property

Lesson content, branding, and the app itself are owned by BellTech Software. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms with notice in the app. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via [email protected].

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
